Chaperones Needed
Chaperones are needed for Youth Group trips this summer! Sign up at the kitchen window or see Wesley if you’d like to chaperone the Youth Mission Trip (June 20-26), Legacy at Faulkner (July 16-19) or the Junior-Senior Trip (July 23-26; parents of Jr-Sr kids only).
Service to Our Community
We have two community projects in progress for Highland members to get involved in: a Hygiene Drive until April 1st, and the Tennessee Children’s Home Spring Food & Supply Drive until Tuesday, the 24th.
- The Hygiene Drive items will be assembled into personal bags and donated to teens in our community. See Kanvas for more information.
- The Missions Committee is encouraging our congregation to participate in the TN Children’s Home Spring Drive. Please consider donating one or some of the items listed (see email attachment) by SUNDAY, MARCH 22nd. The TN Children’s Home also asks that families consider giving $25.00 or more in cash/check for the purchase of perishable foods, such as milk, meat and produce.
Easter Egg Hunt
On Easter Sunday, April 5th, we’ll have our annual Easter Egg Hunt following morning worship! All kids in 6th grade and under are welcome to participate; please provide a dozen stuffed eggs per child attending. We’re collecting pre-stuffed eggs in the foyer! Please bring any you’d like to donate towards the egg hunt!*
Celebrating Graduates
We’ll be celebrating our high school & college graduates on Sunday, April 26th!!
If you have a high school or college graduate you would like recognized in the bulletin and on Sunday morning, please fill out the GRADUATE FORM located under the college bulletin board and return to the church office by April 12th.
